COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 5 YEARS’ PQE, MANCHESTER, TO C£75000 (DOE), JOB REF: MD7435

• You will be part of a team advising clients on matters including

• strategic trading relationships with customers, suppliers or partners
• implementing new technologies or new ways of working
• preparing businesses for investment, sale or purchase

• The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ PQE and responsibilities will include

• managing all aspects of the client relationship, from engagement to billing and chasing payment
• ensuring compliance with all file management processes
• reviewing and updating client contracts
• developing litigation strategies
• updating and consulting with Senior Associates and Partners
• managing a busy caseload
