PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
The commercial property disputes team handles a variety of property litigation work including, landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewal disputes, rent arrears, service charges and leasehold management issues, landlord and tenant Insolvency, construction disputes, lease repair covenant disputes and agricultural disputes. You should have at least 4 years’ PQE, be capable of running your own caseload and have experience across a range of litigation matters, including property litigation.
