RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER, 2+ PQE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, EXCELLENT £ SALARY + BENEFITS. The appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be dealing with a range of conveyancing matters, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• You should possess strong expertise in drafting agreements, deeds, leases, and contracts, along with technical proficiency in residential sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, equity transfers, shared ownership, and lease extensions.

• You will be responsible for managing an independent caseload in a fast-paced environment, working closely with Partners to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

• You will be expected to carry out fee earning work in accordance with the firm’s AML policies, billing in line with set targets, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and flexibility in your approach to work.

• You should show an enthusiasm for networking and business development, maintaining relationships with existing contacts, generating new opportunities from current clients, and actively seeking new clients for yourself and others. You will also contribute to and support marketing initiatives.
