OVERVIEW:

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.
The appointed legal professional will work on a full caseload using the firms’ case management system.
You will deliver high quality client service
Applications are open to qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers legal executives with 3 + years’ experience in a similar role
Experience managing a caseload of circa 25 new files per month
You will be supported by an assistant, team secretary and the residential team.
Hybrid working arrangements.
