OVERVIEW:
• A locum assignment commencing in November up until Christmas to cover permanent recruitment
• The appointed candidate will be able to manage own caseload of a wide range of residential conveyancing matters including but not limited to sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Secretarial support will be provided
• This role requires the ability to hit the ground running and handle own caseload independently
• The suitable candidate will have the minimum of 4 years PQE
• This role will be office-based for the duration of the assignment
• Applications are also welcome from Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives
