Job Description
OVERVIEW:
• As a member of the expanding Regulatory team, you specialise in advising clients within the transport sector on all aspects of regulatory compliance and litigated defence.
• You can expect to be assisting clients on obtaining licenses, navigating Public Inquiry hearings, handling Border Force appeals, and advising and auditing compliance.
• Engaging with a diverse client base to explore options for litigation resolution and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Newly qualified Solicitors and up to 3 years PQE candidates are encouraged to apply. You will be able to demonstrate experience in Regulatory and Litigation law.
