The appointed Solicitor will will oversee a caseload involving Clinical Negligence cases, encompassing medical, dental, and other clinical injuries.

• Candidates must possess a strong foundation in medical negligence and demonstrate the ability to handle cases with assurance and expertise, aligning with the company’s high standards of customer service.

• It is essential that candidates hoping to be considered for this role, will have the natural ability to provide legal services with a personal touch whilst at all times demonstrating care and understanding.

• The firm are looking for experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitors with 2 – 3 years’ PQE and experience in dealing with complex and high value Industrial Disease, fast track/multi-track litigated cases and/or clinical negligence
