THE ROLE:
A leading North East firm is offering a great opportunity for a skilled Family Lawyer to join their team in County Durham. The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including domestic abuse, private children matters, non-molestation matters, cohabitation disputes, and financial and divorce cases. Key tasks include drafting legal documents, preparing trial bundles, and representing clients at court hearings. The successful candidate will also have a key role in shaping the firm's future and contributing to the growth of the Family department.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is ideal for a newly qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or those with up to 2 years' PQE. Experienced Paralegals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be able to manage own caseload and be a part of a legal aid family law team.
