CHILDCARE LAWYER, 3+ PQE, KENT, EXCELLENT SALARY WITH BENEFITS. The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to Child Care law, advising a range of clients on complex and sensitive matters as part of a highly regarded family law department.

• The firm are accepting applications from experienced Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with strong advocacy skills. Children Panel Accreditation is essential.

• You should demonstrate experience in handling all aspects of children law and the ability to manage a busy caseload. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and be capable of working independently and remotely around court commitments where necessary.

• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, offering exceptional and empathetic client care.
