Commercial & Residential Solicitor - Locum

COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL SOLICITOR – LOCUM, 5 + PQE, ESSEX, £45 - £55 PER HOUR. A reputable firm based in Essex are seeking the addition of an experienced Commercial & Residential Solicitor for around 3 months whilst they recruit for a permanent member of the team. JOB REF: 7278

•The appointed Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of both commercial and residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.

•You will deliver expert legal advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the process.

•The firm’s current clients include a diverse mix of companies and individuals, with several well-regarded local builders among them.

•Applications are welcomed to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in handling a broad spectrum of commercial and residential property matters.

•The ideal candidate will have experience working within a reputable law firm and demonstrate proven abilities in fee generation and client relationship development.
