CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS PQE, MANCHESTER, COMPETITIVE SALARY AND PACKAGE DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE - Nationally ranked Construction team keen to expand in Manchester is seeking a talented individual to work on construction projects throughout the UK. JOB REF: 7277

• A highly regarded law firm based in Manchester city centre is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to join its growing Construction team.
• This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, working with a diverse range of regional and national clients.
• The successful Construction Solicitor will handle a mix of non-contentious and contentious work and you can expect to be involved in a wide variety of construction and engineering projects across the UK.
• You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Construction law – preferably having had exposure to non-contentious and contentious matters.
• You will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of Building Contracts, excellent drafting skills, a keen commercial mind with the ability to provide practical, client-focused advice.
• There is the opportunity to join in a senior position with a clear path to partnership where you will be closely involved in managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members.
