COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 4+ PQE, NEWCASTLE, UP TO C£60,000 DOE – Join a Legal 500, Regional Law Firm that puts its clients and employees at the heart of its operation! JOB REF:7276
• Up to 3 days a week working from home and flexible working options, 2 days leave for volunteering and generous annual leave allowance, enhanced pension, health and parental leave, numerous sports and social clubs.
• The successful Commercial Property Solicitor caseload will include landlord and tenant work, commercial and residential developments and property finance matters.
• You will have at least 4 years’ Commercial Property experience gained within another regional or national law firm and a proven track record handling your own caseload.
• You will be advising a wide range of clients from investors, developers, financial institutions and major plcs, and will have the commercial awareness and communication skills required to adapt to all situations and client requirements.
