• The Banking and Finance team deals with a varied caseload of matters servicing borrowers, lenders and investors.

• You will be exposed to a broad range of work including corporate banking, real estate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, development finance, bilateral and syndicate facilities and intercreditor issues.

• Your responsibilities will include advising and assisting clients in relation to their matters, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained at all times and that the client’s aims are met, preparing and reviewing legal documents, updating and consulting with Senior Associates, Directors and Partners and managing client cases from start to finish.

• You should possess excellent communication skills, be approachable and work well as part of a team and be motivated to deliver great results.
