Banking Solicitor, NQ, Northamptonshire – Leading regional law firm are looking to appoint a NQ Banking Solicitor into their growing team to deal with a varied caseload of banking related matters. • The Banking and Finance team deals with a varied caseload of matters servicing borrowers, lenders and investors and the appointed Solicitor will be exposed to a broad range of banking work including corporate banking, real estate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, development finance.
• Your responsibilities will include advising and assisting clients in relation to their matters, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained at all times and that the client’s aims are met, preparing and reviewing legal documents.
• You should possess excellent communication skills, be approachable and work well as part of a team and be motivated to deliver great result.
