LEGAL FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR, 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, MANCHESTER, TO C£40,000 (DOE) - Join a prestigious, top-rated law firm recognised by Chambers and Legal 500. We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to work directly with the firm’s Partners, managing the billing and credit control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and manage the firm’s WIP (Work in Progress) process.
• Oversee time recording across the firm, liaising with fee earners.
• Implement and enforce credit control procedures.
• Assist with client onboarding processes.
• Support additional finance-related operational duties as required.

Who are we looking for?
• Proven experience in a similar finance role within a leading regional or national law firm.
• Proficiency with practice management, accounting systems, time recording, and legal billing software.
• Strong understanding of office technology with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and think strategically.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
