Planning & Environment Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Kent, £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an ambitious Planning & Environment Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF:7254.

• Applications are sought from Planning & Environment Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE to join this friendly and supportive planning team.
• The team deals with a wide range of high quality planning and environmental work, much of which is complex, high value and high profile.
• You will be responsible for a varied planning caseload delivering high quality planning advice to housebuilder and development clients.
• Experience of Planning, Environmental, Highways, CPO and Public Access law
• You must be confident at handling your own caseload and be comfortable supervising Junior colleagues.
• You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
• You will be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development to build relationships to service the Southeast region and aid the entire team and its growth.
