Corporate Solicitor (Partner), 10+ Years PQE, Kent, £Excellent + Benefits – New opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF:7252.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 10 Years PQE
• You should have experience in advising a broad spectrum of clients on various corporate transactions such as, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, share incentives, and EOT transactions.
• You will also have demonstrable experience of working closely with startups, owner managed businesses and family-owned businesses, as well as larger corporate entities, PE houses and funds.
• You must be confident at handling your own caseload and be comfortable supervising Junior colleagues.
• You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
• You will be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development to build relationships to service the Southeast region and aid the entire team and its growth.
