Healthcare & Regulatory Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Healthcare & Regulatory Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF: 7251.

• Applications are sought from Healthcare & Regulatory Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE to manage defendant clinical negligence claims.
• You will be responsible for managing a case load of litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence cases
• You will demonstrate strong advocacy skills and have the necessary flexibility to offer support in the handling of civil claims.
• You will have previous experience of working for the NHS and/or private healthcare sector
• You will have excellent technical ability and knowledge of CPR, strong and effective communication skills and have the ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
• You will be a well organised team-player, with excellent communication and time management skills
