Independently handle a diverse caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work for a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds, and banks.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional, finance, and corporate governance documents.

Support the firm’s wider business development efforts by actively developing and building your own client base.

Supervise and develop junior team members, while contributing to larger transactional projects.

This firm welcomes applicants with at least 3 years PQE experience in corporate finance and practice, gained in either private practice or in-house roles.
