RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 8+ PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £60-70,000 (DOE). The newly appointed Solicitor will join this dynamic firm's expanding Residential team, providing support to the busy fee earners, and ensuring prompt response times to clients, referrers, agents, lenders, and mortgage brokers.

• The ideal candidate should possess extensive conveyancing experience across a variety of areas, including (but not limited to): Sales & Purchases, Freehold & Leasehold, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, and New Builds.

• The role will involve responding promptly to client queries, managing complex exchanges and completions, negotiating legal documents, and drafting various documents such as Leases, Transfers, and Reports on Title.

• You should have an established network of referrers and be able to cultivate both existing and new relationships with agents and introducers. You must also have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client care.

• The firm provides opportunities for further training and development. It is essential that you demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to adapt to varying workloads.
