PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 4 YEARS’ PQE PLUS, BERKSHIRE, £COMPETITIVE, JOB REF: 215297201

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join the property litigation team of this Legal 500 firm.

This highly reputable firm handles a broad range of corporate and commercial litigation matters and has a dedicated property litigation team.

You should have at least 4 years’ PQE, be capable of running your own caseload and have experience across a range of litigation matters, including property litigation.

The commercial property disputes team handles a variety of property litigation work including
o Landlord and Tenant disputes
o Lease renewal disputes
o Rent arrears, service charges and leasehold management issues
o Landlord and Tenant Insolvency
o Construction disputes
o Lease repair covenant disputes
o Agricultural disputes

A passion for business development, and the ability to build relationships both with members of the firm and clients are essential.
