JOB TITLE: Head of Private Client, 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Bury, Greater Manchester

Role Overview:
The Head of Private Client will lead and expand the department, covering Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, Deputyship management, IHT and Asset Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Compensation Trusts. You will oversee client service, team management, business development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be key in shaping the department's future, driving growth, innovation, and exceptional client service.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
 Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law
 Proven in team management and leadership, with strong skills in business development, communication, problem-solving, and client relationships.
 Completed or working towards a STEP diploma.
 Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office
 Driven and professional, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
