Job Description
Education Solicitor (locum) 3+ PQE, Warwickshire, remote, £40 - £50 per hour (DOE). A locum opportunity with a friendly organisation on an on-going basis to provide support to the team due to increased workload. OVERVIEW:
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualified experience, particularly in representing local authorities in SEN tribunals.
• Prepare and present cases effectively in SEN tribunals.
• Advise on all aspects of education law, including policy and procedural matters.
• Draft and review legal documents related to education law.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and best practices.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all legal matters.
• This role will be accompanied by admin/secretarial support
• Remote working available.
• Immediate start with a quick decision-making process.
