Job Description
LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE, LONDON/ HYBRID, 18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, CIRCA £35,500 per annum pro rata. New opportunity for an experienced assistant to provide administrative support to a busy team for an interim assignment. On offer is flexible working arrangements, a competitive salary and benefits package. JOB REF: 7158
•A reputable organisation is seeking an experienced candidate to provide comprehensive administrative support and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Unit.
•You will prepare and collate bundles of evidence using the the Unit's document management system. As well as arrange internal and external meetings, including team meetings and meetings with external stakeholders.
•The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience with excellent diary management and document management skills.
•The organisation offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of four days office presence per month.
