Job Description
EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, LONDON/ HYBRID, PART TIME, 9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, £55,000 FTE. Join a reputable organisation for three days a week on a fixed-term contract lasting nine months. JOB REF: 7147
•The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of employment issues, provide expert legal advice and support to stakeholders, and advocate for members at meetings to ensure their interests are met.
•You will assess employment inquiries and offer advice on contractual concerns, salary issues, policies, and procedures. Managing and conducting proceedings, which involves preparing statements and disclosure bundles.
•This part-time role requires you to work in the office one day per week, with one of your three working days being a Friday.
•The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE and be able to demonstrate through experience handling high volume advisory work.
•You will have exceptional organisational skills, adept at handling intricate cases and workloads with efficiency. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by a client-centred approach.
