Family Solicitor (Maternity Cover) 3+ PQE, West Midlands, £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE). A well-established law firm with an office in West Midlands is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to provide cover during maternity leave. OVERVIEW:
• This role is to initially cover maternity leave with a view to offer a permanent role at the end.
• The appointed solicitor will be managing own caseload of complex matters including Private Law Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Settlements, Domestic Violence, Separation and other relate family matters.
• Experience dealing with complex and time-sensitive matters is required, as well as the ability to take matters from instruction to completion.
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing own privately funded caseload.
• Demonstrating the ability to delivery high quality client care through firm knowledge of family law is required.
• As part of the role, you will be required to take part in the firm’s Networking and Business Development activities.
