JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years
LOCATION: Manchester

THE ROLE:
This opportunity is a fabulous opportunity to work alongside highly rated commercial property partners within this Top 100 real estate team. You will advise a wide range of clients based across the North West and UK wide on matters including commercial sales and purchases, leaseholds and development projects. As well as continuing to develop the long-standing relationships with existing clients, you will also be involved in business development to attract new clients to the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will have gained extensive experience in commercial property matters throughout your career within another reputable regional or national law firm. With commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial nature, you will possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
