PQE: NQ – 1 year

THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Family Solicitor to join a boutique family practice in Berkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) or those with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience. You will be managing a caseload of privately funded family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements, and child arrangements.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 1 year PQE) with a genuine interest in family law, with a focus on privately funded matters. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to empathise with clients in sensitive situations.
