Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/ Legal Executive, 12 months experience, Nottinghamshire, £25,000 - £35,000 (DOE). Due to department growth, the firm is looking for an experienced fee earner to manage their own caseload and provide support to the team as needed. OVERVIEW:
•You will handle a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
•Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
•Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage providers, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction.
•Offer guidance and updates to clients about their transactions and respond to any questions they may have.
•Previous experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Executive.
•Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
