DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR, 7+ YEARS PQE, NORTH YORKSHIRE, TO C£60,000 DOE – Legal 500 regional law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to handle a range of commercial and civil disputes. JOB REF:7049

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigator to join this thriving law firm in York. You will be managing a varied and high-quality caseload, offering legal advice on a wide range of Commercial and Private Client Disputes, including contentious probate, property disputes, commercial leases, company disputes, and claims against professionals.

The ideal candidate will have:
• 7+ years PQE in Dispute Resolution
• Strong technical expertise in Civil and Commercial litigation
• Excellent client care skills
• A positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice
• Experience in business development and marketing
