OVERVIEW:
• An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join an established law firm and support the residential property team.
• The appointed Residential Property Paralegal will have proven residential property experience and possess the ability to draft all standard documents and assist in preparing documents for completion.
• You will be joining an established team and ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in working within a residential property team as a paralegal.
• Joining a busy team, the appointed Residential Property Paralegal will be supporting Lawyers advising on the broad remit of residential property transactions including sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and purchases.
