NEWLY QUALIFIED PLANNING SOLICITOR, BIRMINGHAM, £50,000 - £55,000(DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity to join one if the region’s leading planning teams and undertake a high quality of planning work both locally and nationally. JOB REF: 6962.

• As a Newly Qualified Planning Solicitor, you will able to demonstrate some knowledge and a genuine interest in this area of law.
• You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of planning services, from drafting of infrastructure agreements to the implementation of intricate and challenging mixed use schemes.
• You will gain exposure to a wide and varied client base, including social housing bodies, banks and retail and leisure operators.
• You will be a driven, determined and ambitious solicitor with a desire to advance your career with a top tier Planning team.
• With excellent case management and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to provide clear, concise and commercially minded solutions to a varied range of clients.
