Job Description
PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - LOCUM 4+ PQE, CHESHIRE, FULL TIME or PART TIME, circa £45 per hour. A well-established firm in Cheshire is seeking an immediately available Private Client Locum to cover a six-month maternity leave. JOB REF: 6990
•As an experienced Private Client Solicitor, you will be expected to run caseloads with numerous private client matters, ranging from wills, probate, and LPAs. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their interests are protected at all times.
•This role is entirely office-based, but the firm offers both full-time and part-time options, with a minimum requirement of three days per week.
•You will be well-supported in this role, with secretarial assistance and guidance from three experienced solicitors.
•The successful locum will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience gained within similar roles with strong communication skills, a commitment to high standards of client care, and a passion for private client law.
•The ideal candidate for this position will be available to start immediately to provide support during a 6-month maternity cover.
