RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER (SHARED OWNERSHIP), 2+ YEARS PQE, ESSEX, £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 6983

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE with shared Ownership transaction experience.
• The successful Residential Conveyancer will work in a fast-paced conveyancing department which specialises in new build and shared ownership transactions.
• You will be responsible for a busy caseload to include, drafting and approval of documents, dealing with Shared Ownership resales interim and final staircasing and remortgages and dealing with financial arrangements related to property acquisitions on behalf of buyer/lender including mortgage arrangements and Gifts
• An understanding of New Build would be advantageous.
• You will also build strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base, play a key role in helping expand the firms’ professional network and to promote and market the team.
• You will be self-motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
