JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 2+ PQE

SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
An ambitious Residential Property Lawyer is sought after to join an established residential property team in Cambridge dealing with the broad spectrum of residential property. Advising across a range of residential property matters, the appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be expected to advise on the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 2 years’ experience in dealing with your own caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages and leases. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will possess the ability to provide a fantastic level of client service and work within a close-knit team.
