• It is currently looking to appoint a Solicitor to join its team Manchester that specialises in providing advice to clients across the health and social care sectors.
• You will be undertaking a diverse caseload of healthcare matters made up of Court of Protection welfare cases, matters relating to the Mental Health Act 1983/ Mental Capacity Act 2005, governance and NHS Continuing Care / Responsible Commissioner issues.
• The successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will have up to 4 years’ PQE working for clients in the healthcare or public sectors, with a proven track record handling complex Court of Protection cases and matters relating to the Mental Health Act.
