• Joining this nationally regarded team, you will take responsibility for a caseload of a wide variety of defendant Clinical Negligence matters.
• You will be responsible for a varied clinical negligence caseload to include, drafting reports, interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, instructing counsel, negotiating settlements and preparing for and attending trials and mediations.
• As well as your own files, you will also assist senior clinical negligence solicitors on more complex claims and will be liaising with clients at all stages of the case.
• You will have a minimum of 12 months’ PQE as a clinical negligence solicitor within the defendant healthcare sector and have handled a range of clinical negligence matters.
• You will be adept and confident in advising healthcare professionals of all levels with regards to ongoing claims, working both independently and as part of a larger team.
• This firm are one of the pre-eminent law firms within defendant clinical negligence matters.
