PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3 + PQE, BEFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £49,000 DOE. JOB REF: 215296942

This well-regarded regional firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3 years’ PQE to join their growing team. The successful candidate will enjoy ongoing career development, a strong base salary, a competitive bonus scheme, and the flexibility of remote working and flexi-time options.

THE ROLE:
The role will encompass both property litigation and general dispute resolution. You will be expected to manage your own caseload and develop effective case management strategies and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of relevant laws and CPR. Experience in mediation, negotiation, and ADR is also highly desirable.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is ideal for a Solicitor with 3 years' PQE who is eager to advance their career. In addition to handling a diverse caseload, you will have the opportunity to mentor and support junior team members, engage in business development and networking, build client relationships, and manage both your own and the team's financial targets.
