EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 2 + PQE, LONDON/ HYBRID, SALARY £59,370. Join an organisation that offers a competitive benefits package. The primary focus of this role is to oversee claims and litigation in the name of solicitors within the region. You will represent and advocate for individual Union members in tribunals, courts, internal hearings, and other proceedings as needed.

•Responsibilities include offering legal guidance and assistance to colleagues on issues impacting professionals in the region, as well as contributing to the training of staff and Union members on legal matters.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with 2 years’ PQE and experience working in employment law.

•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.

•This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work remotely for two days each week. In addition, the organisation provides dedicated secretarial support.
