PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR:
This firm is seeking another Lawyer to join their private client team. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. The role offers the chance to manage an interesting and varied caseload, which will encompass drafting wills, probate and estate administration, tax and trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and some court of protection work. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE and demonstrate strong technical expertise in private client matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of managing a caseload effectively.
