OVERVIEW:
•The role involves managing cases for both claimants and respondents
•You will deliver HR and employment law services to commercial clients through the firm's HR Services division.
•Represent individual clients at Tribunals.
•The appointed candidate will have access to secretarial support as required.
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE.
•You should have extensive and thorough knowledge of employment law.
•Experience in business development.
•You will have strong technical expertise, exceptional client care abilities, and excellent communication skills.
•Experience with Case Management Systems and familiarity with ELA membership are beneficial.
