PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, IPSWICH, £COMPETITIVE SALARY (DOE) – An opportunity has arisen within a leading regional firm within their highly rated tier 1 private client team. JOB REF: 6772

• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be working within a team renowned for providing the best possible service to clients on a variety of private client matters including Wills, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney and court of protection matters.
• Responsible for your own caseload of matters, you will be advising clients on a range of private client matters including complex estate administration, trusts, succession, tax and mental capacity. You will also deal with court of protection matters.
• You will have sound technical experience in estate administration and working with vulnerable clients.
• Ideally you will be STEP qualified or keen to work towards this qualification.
