CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR (DEFENDANT), 2+ YEARS PQE, BIRMINGHAM, £50,000+ (DOE) - A leading national practice is busier than ever and are now looking to hire an additional Clinical Negligence Solicitor into their busy team. JOB REF:6752.

• The firm are seeking to appoint a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor who can demonstrate at least 2 years PQE to be based in the Birmingham office at this leading national law firm.
• You will be dealing directly with clients from day one and be expected to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client contacts.
• You will deliver specialist legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating case documents and conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
• This well-established national law firm are continuing to expand following another successful year.
