COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (NEWLY QUALIFIED), WILTSHIRE, £50,000+ (DOE) - You will be based in one of the firms regional offices in Wiltshire and will have the opportunity to have a great work life balance, a wide and varied caseload and the opportunity to work with a genuinely lovely group of people. JOB REF:6749.

• As a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, and property finance matters.
• You will collaborate with experienced professionals, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
• You will assist senior solicitors in managing commercial property transactions, conduct legal research and providing relevant advice to clients, draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements and participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• You will have recently qualified as a Solicitor with a focus on Commercial Property Law, have a strong academic background in law and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will also have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
