CORPORATE SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, £HIGHLY COMPETITIVE (DOE) - Working with large amounts of autonomy whilst also gaining hands-on support from an acclaimed Partner you will be given the chance to develop your skill-set across a wide range of skills. JOB REF: 6729.

• The Northamptonshire office of this progressive Legal 500 firm has a business critical need to recruit a Corporate Solicitor as part of succession planning.
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with 5+ years’ experience gained with another leading firm.
• Technical competence and confidence to handle corporate matters is a pre-requisite for this exciting new role.
• The successful solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player.
• Working as part of a larger team on heavy transactions you will be expected to work on your own portfolio of clients and will be interested to develop expertise in the areas of business development and client retention.
