OVERVIEW:
• The appointed candidate will be managing a varied caseload of private client matters, focusing on Wills, Probate and Trusts.
• You will draft and review legal documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on various private client issues, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
• Enjoy the option of hybrid working, with at least one day per week on-site.
• This is a locum assignment to cover a sabbatical, with the ideal start date to commence imminently and continue until November.
• This firm requires a minimum of 10 years PQE experience to confidently handle the caseload independently.
• Benefit from secretarial support and assistance from secretaries and paralegals, within a team of experienced lawyers.
• Flexible working hours can be accommodated if required.
• There is free parking available on site for convenience.
