JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: Up to c£60,000 (£DOE)

- This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality corporate caseload.

- You will be handling a wide range of corporate transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, MBOs and general corporate finance matters within a busy and entrepreneurial team environment.

- Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and experience dealing with all aspects of corporate law, gained within another leading regional or national law firm.

- Applicants must be confident in handling a wide range of corporate transactions, with the ability to apply your existent skills and technical knowledge to this role.
