Charities Solicitor (Partner), 10+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Excellent + Benefits – This leading, national practice is looking to hire an experienced Charities Solicitor to lead and develop their existing practice. JOB REF: 6676.

• Applications are sought from Charities Solicitors with a minimum of 10 Years PQE with a proven track record in the not-for-profit field both as a legal professional and in the marketplace.
• The role will involve managing an existing team and workload in conjunction with building on the cohesion and collaboration that the team currently enjoys.
• You will have experience of handling Charity Commission, member, and trustee issues and of trading and income generation matters.
• Previous experience in acting for charities, schools, and other not-for-profit organisations is essential.
• You will be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience and knowledge in all areas of charity law, gained with firms known for their expertise in the sector.
• Experience of supervising more junior colleagues and an ease with team management as well as demonstrable experience of marketing, networking and keeping industry knowledge relevant.
• This exciting opportunity could suit somebody who already holds Partnership or somebody with career aspirations and wanting to step up into more of a leadership role.
