Corporate Solicitor, 3-6 Years PQE, Cardiff, £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) - A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join this busy firm. JOB REF: 6675.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 3-6 Years PQE gained within a recognised firm
• You will be responsible for advising on private equity matters, disposals and acquisitions of private companies and assets, mergers & acquisitions, JV’s, private equity investments, company takeovers, capital markets listings/IPO’s, group restructurings and institutional equity issues.
• From the outset you will be involved in challenging technical work and be given every resource and support needed to progress your career.
• You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
• You must be approachable with excellent self-motivation and the ability to assume responsibility for your own matters.
