PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (LEGAL DIRECTOR) 10+ PQE, LONDON - HYBRID, EXCELLENT £ SALARY & BENEFITS - Outstanding opportunity to join one of the UK’s top private client firms, with hybrid working and an extensive benefits package on offer. JOB REF: 215296666

• The role involves handling matters relating to wills and probate, as well as other private client work of a complex nature.

• The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified, have strong technical expertise with a proven ability to manage your own caseload, an interest in business development, and the desire to become involved in management of the team and wider practice group.

• You should have experience of preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney for both domestic and international clients, estate planning, advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax, and creation of lifetime trusts.

• Knowledge in obtaining grants of probate or letters of administration (foreign domicile, resealing of grants and intestate estates), preparation of deeds of variation, gifts, and family arrangement is also essential.
